How much does Apex Flow Scheduler cost?
Direct answer: Apex Flow Scheduler has three monthly plans: Solo at $59 for 1 user, Crew at $99 for 2 to 5 users, and Business at $129 for 6 users, with $10 a month for each extra user. Annual billing is 10 months for the price of 12. Texts and AI usage are never in the subscription: you bring your own provider or pay from a prepaid balance.
The plans
Solo: $59 a month or $590 a year, 1 user. Crew: $99 a month or $990 a year, 2 to 5 users. Business: $129 a month or $1,290 a year at 6 users, then $10 a month for each extra user; above 50 users it is a custom quote. View-only users are free.
Trial
There is a 14-day trial with no card, for up to 5 users. Texting and AI stay off during the trial until you connect your own provider or fund a prepaid balance.
Setup
Self-serve setup is free. Guided onboarding is optional at $99 for Solo, $199 for Crew and $399 for Business.
What is not in the price
Text messages and AI phone minutes. You pay your own provider directly, or use a prepaid balance that stops at zero. Apex Flow Labs does not bundle texts or AI into the subscription.
Honest note
For one user, $59 is not the cheapest on the market: Jobber lists its Core plan at $49 a month for 1 user, and Housecall Pro lists Basic at $59 a month billed annually. Where Apex Flow Scheduler is lower is the extra user, at $10.
