Does Apex Flow Scheduler track crew with GPS?

The design
Location is gathered only while a person is clocked in, never off shift, after the person has been told and has agreed. The owner views positions through an audit-logged screen so access is recorded.
Limits of a phone browser
A web app on a phone can lose location updates when the screen locks or the app goes to the background, especially on iPhone. Steady background tracking needs a native app, and there is no native app yet.
Free tools behind it
The approach uses open-source tracking software that costs nothing to run, so the feature does not add a per-user fee.
