What is working today in Apex Flow Scheduler and what is still rolling out?
Direct answer: Today the core works: capturing a request, confirming it, scheduling it with an arrival window, customer records and private notes, daily route ordering, on-my-way and done taps, and installing it on a phone. The hosted booking page, customer portal, reminders and texting are rolling out. Invoicing and card payments, QuickBooks sync, crew GPS, proof packages, AI phone answering and native phone apps are in development.

Request capture and owner approval; customer records and private staff notes; service menu with durations and prices; service area by zip or city; arrival windows, lead time and blackout dates; agenda and calendar views; daily route ordering; on-my-way, arrived and done taps; hand-off of the route to Google or Apple Maps; install on a phone from the browser; per-business data isolation; the carpet, tile and upholstery starter setup used by Spiker.
Rolling out
Hosted online booking page and website widget; customer portal with cancel and reschedule; reminder and on-my-way texts (texting stays off until carrier registration is approved); review requests; best-fit window offers based on route density; guided setup.
