How does switching to Apex Flow Scheduler with undo work?
Direct answer: You bring your customer list from your old tool, Apex Flow Scheduler shows what it will add next to what you already have, and you can undo the import afterwards. The side-by-side import screen is built and is being connected to live data, so it is in development.
The steps
Export customers from your current tool, usually as a CSV file; check that tool's help center for the current steps. Upload it, review the side-by-side check, apply, and keep a one-step undo.
Until it is live
Guided onboarding is optional at $99, $199 or $399 depending on the plan, and is the way to move today.
Leaving later
You can always export your data and switch out again.
