1. Who we are

Apex Flow Labs ("Apex Flow Labs", "we", "our", or "us") operates https://www.apexflowlabs.com and its associated subdomains (beauty.apexflowlabs.com, health.apexflowlabs.com, pet.apexflowlabs.com). This document covers both our Privacy Policy and our Terms of Service for visitors, customers, and platforms that integrate with our systems.

2. Privacy Policy

2.1 What we collect

We collect only what is required to operate our services:

• Account information you provide (name, email) when you register or contact us.
• Order information when you purchase a product (shipping address, payment data processed by Shopify).
• Technical logs (IP address, browser, referring URL) captured automatically by our hosting provider (Vercel).
• Authentication tokens from third-party platforms (Pinterest, Buffer, TikTok, Shopify) that you authorize us to access on your behalf.

2.2 How we use it

• To fulfill orders and provide customer support.
• To publish content you have authored to your authorized social media accounts (Pinterest, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Threads, X, Google Business Profile) via their official APIs.
• To measure the performance of content and products so we can improve our service.
• To respond to legal requests or prevent abuse.

2.3 How we use the Pinterest API

When you authorize our application with Pinterest, we use the Pinterest API v5 solely to publish pins you have created and approved through our admin dashboard to boards you own. We do not sell, rent, or share Pinterest data with third parties. Access tokens are stored encrypted and are never exposed to end users.

You may revoke our access at any time in your Pinterest account settings, or by emailing us at the address above.

2.4 How we share data

We share data only with service providers that help us run the platform: Vercel (hosting), Supabase (database), Shopify (commerce), Buffer (social scheduling), Make.com (automation), OpenAI (content generation), and the social platforms you have authorized. Each of these providers has their own privacy policies and data-processing agreements that we rely on.

We never sell personal data.

2.5 Data retention

We retain order data for as long as required by tax and accounting laws (typically 7 years). Content records and analytics are retained while you use the service, and are deleted on written request sent to apexflowlabs@gmail.com.

2.6 Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing apexflowlabs@gmail.com. Residents of the EU/UK (GDPR) and California (CCPA) have additional rights we will honor.

2.7 Cookies

We use only essential cookies needed for authentication and order processing. We do not run third-party advertising cookies on apexflowlabs.com.

2.8 Children

Our services are not directed to children under 13 (or 16 in the EU). We do not knowingly collect data from them.

3. Terms of Service

3.1 Acceptable use

You agree not to use our services to publish content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, or that violates the rules of any connected social platform (including Pinterest's Community Guidelines and Merchant Guidelines).

3.2 Content ownership

You retain ownership of all content you create. By using our publishing features you grant us a limited license to transmit that content to the social platforms you have authorized, solely to provide the service.

3.3 Purchases

Orders placed through our Shopify storefronts (beauty.apexflowlabs.com, health.apexflowlabs.com, pet.apexflowlabs.com) are subject to the refund and shipping policies listed on those stores.

3.4 Disclaimer

The service is provided "as-is". We make no warranty that third-party platforms (Pinterest, TikTok, Meta, X, Google, Shopify) will remain available or that their APIs will behave unchanged. We are not liable for losses caused by third-party outages.

3.5 Changes

We may update this document. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the current version. Material changes will be announced via the dashboard or email.
