If it's not right, we make it right. Apex Pass and physical products are covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee. Services are backed by a satisfaction guarantee. Just ask — no fine-print games.
1. The guarantee
Every product we put our name on is backed. If you are not satisfied, we will make it right — a refund, a replacement, or a fix, whichever fits the situation.
2. Apex Pass
Apex Pass is covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you request a refund within 30 days of your purchase, we refund it in full. After 30 days you can still cancel anytime to stop future billing.
3. Physical products
Skincare, wellness, pet, gear, and kids products can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or replacement. Items should be in resalable condition where possible — but if a product simply didn’t work for you, tell us and we’ll sort it out.
4. Books & courses
If a book or course wasn’t worth your time, request a refund within 30 days and we’ll process it. No interrogation.
5. Services
Service work is backed by a satisfaction guarantee. If the result isn’t right, we come back and fix it.
6. How to request a refund
Email hello@apexflowlabs.com with your order details. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.
